The client, the Company Florinas 23 Srl, decided to undertake the entire project with the Isotex building system and in particular with the Isotex Air HDIII 44/11 ventilated block with Neopor® BMBcert eco-sustainable insulation insert by BASF.

Isotex AIR is the innovative wood cement formwork block with integrated ventilated wall.

In a single laying operation, which is simple and fast, you get a lightly armoured extended wall, fire safety, sustainability and thermo-acoustic insulation and, of course, a ventilated wall integrated into the block.

The “all in one” installation does not need specialised labour, so construction times and costs are considerably reduced, especially in the construction of multi-storey buildings.
