What are the advantages of the Isotex System over the traditional system?
– It allows you to create a safe seismic and earthquake-resistant house, thermally and acoustically insulated, equipped with living comfort at the highest levels in a healthy environment, free of humidity and mould – A single simple and fast installation, saving time on site, eliminating installation errors and reducing costs – Easy, fast and intuitive system to install that does not require the use of specialised labour or special equipment
What guarantees me quick installation times and low costs?
– Low times and costs are the result of the values of simplicity and speed of laying that characterise the Isotex wood cement building system – Practical assembly operations that do not require specialised labour and equipment – Realisation in a single installation of an anti-seismic structure, resistant to fire and excellent insulation thanks to the EPS insulation already inserted inside the formwork block – Zero maintenance operations over time
Are you undertaking the construction work of the buildings?
– No, we only sell the wood cement building system consisting of formwork blocks, blocks with integrated ventilated wall, floors and partitions – The installation of Isotex products can then be performed by any construction company

Are the delivery times of the Isotex system as long as those of external installation panels?
– One of the current advantages of building with the Isotex System is the creation of an anti-seismic and already thermally insulated structure which therefore does not require subsequent installation of the coat as the insulation is already inside the formwork block – Isotex, the delivery times of the Climablock System are decidedly shorter than those proposed by the market for normal external insulation panels
Does the Isotex system create sustainable buildings in Green Building?
– Sustainable architecture and green building are fundamental aspects for Isotex. Our products are made with natural and quality raw materials: 100% recycled wood, 99% pure Portland cement – Production process with low environmental impact to obtain a product that promotes energy savings and improves the quality of living
Do Isotex demonstrate compliance with the MEC 2022 requirements required for School, Public, and Superbonus works?
– Certainly. Isotex has obtained EPD type III certification (Environmental Product Declaration), ANAB/ICEA Green Building Certification, ReMade in Italy certification for our Isotex Green (15% recycled) and Isotex Total Green (100% recycled) insulation inserts with Class C and Class A+ label – Brilliantly passed the VOC Test for emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds in indoor environments. It has obtained the “Indoor Air Comfort” and “Indoor Air Comfort GOLD” labels

How do you demonstrate the sustainability of the EPS insert inside the formwork block?
– Isotex only uses insulating inserts in EPS Neopor® BMBcert from BASF. Biomass Balance is the certified process according to the REDcert2 scheme, according to which up to 100% of the primary fossil sources are replaced by sustainable and certified renewable sources, i.e. biomass (such as organic waste) – The Biomass Balance method not only contributes to saving primary fossil sources, but also further improves the environmental profile of insulating products – The carbon footprint (CO2 emission) of insulators made with BASF’s Neopor® BMBcert improves by 42% compared to standard Neopor® panels – Isotex offers two versions of insulation: Isotex Green (15% recycled) and Isotex total Green (100% recycled) with ReMade In Italy certification and class C and Class A+ labels
Are buildings built with the Isotex building system safe in the event of fire?
– Absolutely, yes. Isotex has carried out several tests on wood cement structural blocks and floors and the result is absolute safety in the event of fire. Guaranteed by the mineralisation process of the wood which makes it inert and therefore resistant to fire, mould and parasites. – BASF’s Neopor® BMBcert concrete, reinforcement and insulation are located inside the formwork block and are, therefore, protected by concrete wood – Fire resistance Blocks REI 120 without plaster and Floors REI 240 without plaster – Reaction to fire B,s1-d0 – Passing Lepir2 Test: facade fire behaviour test of buildings
Do buildings constructed with the Isotex building system withstand an earthquake?
– The answer is yes. The use of concrete wood allows us to create resistant and sturdy buildings – The Isotex load-bearing structure is made of floors and formwork blocks in wood cement filled with concrete in which a horizontal and vertical reinforcement is inserted that connects the foundation to the edges of the floors up to the roof thus creating a solid reinforced structure – Characteristics that make the Isotex building system usable even in areas with high seismic risk (zones 1-2-3)

What are the measurements of the Isotex blocks and floors?
– All Isotex blocks are 50 cm long x 25 cm high. As for the thickness, it ranges from 30 cm to 44 cm – BASF’s Neopor® BMBcert concrete, reinforcement and insulation are located inside the formwork block and are, therefore, protected by wood cement – The insulators inside the formwork range from 7 to 23 cm – All Isotex floors are 100 cm long x 26.5 cm thick. As for the height, it ranges from 20 to 49 cm
Do Isotex products have condensation and mould problems?
– Absolutely not. Isotex guarantees the passage of steam through the walls and this entails the absence of condensation and mould. – Inside the Isotex building there will always be a healthy microclimate, a fundamental element for well-being, living comfort and the protection of tenants
Is it complex to chase Isotex walls for installations?
– It’s very simple. In order to chase for installations, it is advised that, over the 4-5 cm of wood cement, a wall chaser is used which can adjust the width and depth to obtain the required dimensions rapidly and precisely.

How many storeys can be implemented with the Isotex building system?
– With Isotex wood cement formwork blocks, used as load-bearing walls, multi-storey structures can be created – Depending on the climatic zone, it is possible to use adequate insulation thicknesses which, inserted in the 44 cm thick formwork block, allows variable concrete thicknesses from 21 cm (climatic zone E-F) to 25 cm (climatic zone C-D). With these concrete thicknesses, it is possible to build a building up to 9-10 floors
